The information of TCT Saw Blade
TCT saw blades are the most commonly used cutting tools for wood products processing. The quality of TCT saw blades is closely related to the quality of processed products. Correctly and reasonably selecting carbide TCT saw blades is of great significance to improving product quality, shortening processing cycles, and reducing processing costs. TCT saw blades include multiple parameters such as alloy head type, base material, diameter, number of teeth, thickness, tooth shape, angle, aperture, etc.
Generally speaking, the more teeth there are, the more cutting edges can be cut per unit time, and the better the cutting performance, but the more cutting teeth there are, the more carbide is required, the saw blade is expensive, but the number of teeth is too dense, the amount of chips between teeth becomes smaller, and it is easy to cause the saw blade to heat up; in addition, there are too many teeth, the feed amount is improperly matched, and the cutting amount per tooth is very small, which will aggravate the friction between the cutting edge and the workpiece and affect the service life of the cutting edge. Usually the tooth pitch is 15-25mm, and a reasonable number of teeth should be selected according to the sawing material.
Precautions during work
1. Please hang the saw blade vertically on a dry rack. Please avoid placing it in a humid place. Do not place the saw blade flat on the ground or on a rack. Laying it flat will cause the saw blade to deform.
2. When using, do not exceed the specified maximum speed.
3. When using, you must wear a protective cover, gloves, a safety helmet, labor protection shoes, and protective glasses.
4. When installing the saw blade, you must first confirm the performance and purpose of the saw table. It is best to read the manual of the saw table first. To avoid installation errors and accidents.
5. When installing the saw blade, you must check whether the saw blade has cracks, distortions, grinding, tooth loss, etc., and then install it.
6. The teeth of the saw blade are super hard and sharp. It is strictly forbidden to collide or drop it on the ground. It must be handled with care.
7. After the saw blade is installed, you must confirm whether the center hole of the saw blade is firmly fixed on the saw table flange and whether the saw blade rotates eccentrically.
8. The cutting direction indicated by the saw blade arrow must be consistent with the rotation direction of the saw table. It is strictly forbidden to install in the opposite direction. The wrong direction will cause teeth to fall off.
9. Pre-rotation time working state. : After replacing the saw blade, it needs to be pre-rotated for one minute before use, so that the saw table can enter the cutting state before cutting.
10. Before cutting, it must be confirmed whether the purpose of the saw blade is consistent with the material to be cut.
11. When cutting materials, the normally operating saw blade must be gently cut into the material. It is strictly forbidden to press or push.
12. Reversal is strictly prohibited, which will cause teeth to fall off and cause danger.
13. If you hear abnormal sounds, see abnormal shaking or uneven surface during use, please stop the operation immediately, find the cause of the abnormality, and replace the saw blade.
14. When cutting, it is strictly forbidden to stop the saw blade suddenly in the middle of the object to be cut. Stop midway the cutting object will cause the sawtooth to fall off and the saw blade to deform.
15. Please wipe the anti-rust oil in time after cutting. To prevent the saw blade from rusting.
16. If the sawtooth is not sharp, it is necessary to grind the sawtooth again. It must be taken to the grinding shop designated by the manufacturer or a shop with grinding technology to grind, otherwise, the original angle of the saw blade will be damaged, the cutting accuracy will be affected, and the service life of the saw blade will be shortened.
